Value Plus WF is a workflow approval inbox within the Value Plus system, where users review business transactions routed to them — such as purchase orders and requests, invoices, leave and advance requests, material requests, and financial disbursements — and approve, reject, or return them. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our mobile application ("App"). By using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

• Login Credentials: Username and password, your organization's server address, and your branch/company selection.
• Authentication Data: A login token containing your employee identifier, number, name, and company, used to keep you securely signed in.

• App version

1.3 Data Generated Through App Usage

The App displays and processes data related to your approval tasks, including:

• Transactions routed to you for approval (purchase orders/requests, invoices, leave and advance requests, material requests, financial disbursements, and others)
• The details and status of each transaction
• The actions you take (approve / reject / return) and any comments you enter with an action

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• Authentication & Security: To verify your identity and provide secure access to the App.
• Displaying Tasks: To fetch and display the transactions routed to you for approval.
• Performing Actions: To record your decisions (approve / reject / return) and the associated comments in the workflow system.
• App Functionality: To provide language preferences (Arabic/English), remember your settings and server address, and ensure the App functions correctly.
• Communication: To send you notifications related to new tasks or transaction status (where this feature is enabled).

3. Data Storage and Security

3.1 Local Storage

Certain data is stored locally on your device for performance, including:

• Authentication token
• User preferences (language, settings)
• Server address and branch/company selection

Local data is stored using encrypted storage mechanisms provided by the device operating system.

3.2 Server Storage

Your workflow data (transactions, actions, comments) is processed and stored on secure servers managed by your employer through the Value Plus system. Data transmission is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS protocols.

3.3 Security Measures

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, including:

• Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
• Token-based authentication with automatic session expiration
• Automatic logout on authentication failures
• Secure local storage on your device

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Your data may be shared only in the following circumstances:

• With Your Employer: Your workflow data (transactions, actions, comments) is shared with your employer's Value Plus system, as this is the core purpose of the App.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
• Service Providers: We may share data with trusted service providers who assist us in operating the App, subject to strict confidentiality agreements.

5. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: You can view your tasks and transactions within the App.
• Correction: You can request correction of inaccurate data through your organization's system administrator.
• Deletion: You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting your employer or our support team.
• Data Portability: You can request a copy of your personal data in a structured format.
• Logout: You can log out of the App at any time, which clears your local session data.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as:

• Your employment relationship with your employer is active
• Required by applicable laws and regulations
• Necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy

When your data is no longer needed, it will be securely deleted or anonymized.

يقوم التطبيق بعرض ومعالجة البيانات المتعلقة بمهام الموافقات الخاصة بكم، بما في ذلك:

2. كيف نستخدم معلوماتكم

• المصادقة والأمان: للتحقق من هويتكم وتوفير وصول آمن للتطبيق.
• عرض المهام: لجلب وعرض الحركات والمعاملات المُوجَّهة إليكم للموافقة.
• تنفيذ الإجراءات: لتسجيل قراراتكم (اعتماد / رفض / إرجاع) والتعليقات المرتبطة بها في نظام سير العمل.
• وظائف التطبيق: لتوفير تفضيلات اللغة (العربية/الإنجليزية)، وحفظ إعداداتكم وعنوان الخادم، وضمان عمل التطبيق بشكل صحيح.
• التواصل: لإرسال إشعارات متعلقة بالمهام الجديدة أو حالة الحركات (في حال تفعيل هذه الخاصية).

3. تخزين البيانات والأمان

3.1 التخزين المحلي

يتم تخزين بعض البيانات محلياً على جهازكم لتحسين الأداء، بما في ذلك:

• رمز المصادقة
• تفضيلات المستخدم (اللغة، الإعدادات)
• عنوان الخادم واختيار الفرع/الشركة

يتم تخزين البيانات المحلية باستخدام آليات التخزين المشفّرة المقدمة من نظام تشغيل الجهاز.

3.2 التخزين على الخوادم

تتم معالجة بيانات سير العمل الخاصة بكم (الحركات، الإجراءات، التعليقات) وتخزينها على خوادم آمنة يديرها صاحب العمل من خلال نظام Value Plus. يتم تشفير نقل البيانات باستخدام بروتوكولات HTTPS/TLS.

3.3 إجراءات الأمان

نطبّق إجراءات تقنية وتنظيمية مناسبة لحماية بياناتكم الشخصية، تشمل:

• تشفير نقل البيانات (HTTPS/TLS)
• مصادقة قائمة على الرموز مع انتهاء تلقائي للجلسة
• تسجيل خروج تلقائي عند فشل المصادقة
• تخزين محلي آمن على جهازكم

4. مشاركة البيانات

نحن لا نبيع أو نؤجّر أو نتاجر بمعلوماتكم الشخصية لأطراف ثالثة. قد تتم مشاركة بياناتكم فقط في الحالات التالية:

• مع جهة العمل: تتم مشاركة بيانات سير العمل (الحركات والإجراءات والتعليقات) مع نظام Value Plus الخاص بجهة عملكم، حيث أن هذا هو الغرض الأساسي للتطبيق.
• المتطلبات القانونية: قد نفصح عن معلوماتكم إذا كان ذلك مطلوباً بموجب القانون أو اللوائح أو الإجراءات القانونية أو الطلبات الحكومية.
• مقدمو الخدمات: قد نشارك البيانات مع مقدمي خدمات موثوقين يساعدوننا في تشغيل التطبيق، وفقاً لاتفاقيات سرية صارمة.

5. حقوقكم

لديكم الحقوق التالية فيما يتعلق ببياناتكم الشخصية:

• الوصول: يمكنكم الاطلاع على المهام والحركات الخاصة بكم داخل التطبيق.

• تسجيل الخروج: يمكنكم تسجيل الخروج من التطبيق في أي وقت، مما يؤدي إلى مسح بيانات الجلسة المحلية.

6. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

نحتفظ ببياناتكم الشخصية طالما:

• علاقة العمل مع جهة عملكم نشطة
• كان ذلك مطلوباً بموجب القوانين واللوائح المعمول بها
• كان ذلك ضرورياً لتحقيق الأغراض المبيّنة في سياسة الخصوصية هذه

عندما لا تكون هناك حاجة لبياناتكم، سيتم حذفها بشكل آمن أو إخفاء هويتها.

7. خصوصية الأطفال

التطبيق مصمم للاستخدام من قبل الموظفين والمعتمِدين وليس مخصصاً للأطفال دون سن 17 عاماً. نحن لا نجمع معلومات شخصية من الأطفال عن قصد. إذا كنتم تعتقدون أن طفلاً قد قدّم لنا معلومات شخصية، يرجى التواصل معنا فوراً.

8. خدمات الطرف الثالث

لا يستخدم التطبيق أي أدوات تحليلات أو إعلانات أو أطراف ثالثة لجمع بياناتكم. يتواصل التطبيق فقط مع خوادم نظام Value Plus الخاصة بجهة عملكم لأداء وظائفه الأساسية.
